Are your press-ons reusable?

♡ Yes! My press-ons are 100% reusable. To ensure durability, clean your press-ons and remove or file off any leftover glue after wear. Store your press-ons in the acrylic case provided with your nails!

Do you accept custom nail orders?

♡ Yes I do! Check out Custom Info on my website's menu! I offer fully custom orders and freestyle sets.

Do you ship Internationally?

♡ Yes! International shipping is $20.

How long do orders take to fulfill?

♡ I take 3-7 days to complete a set. I am very focused on quality, so I work slowly and am a bit of a perfectionist (￣▽￣||)

♡ Shipping can be anywhere from 3-7 days (US) and 7-21 (International).

I saw a set on your social media that's not listed for sale on your website, how do I go about purchasing that set?

♡ A set I've created that's not listed on my website may be because it was someone else's custom/freestyle set. These sets can always be recreated, so please message me on Instagram or email me for how to purchase.

My nail broke, doesn't fit, was lost, etc. What can I do?

♡ I offer replacement nails for sale. Please message me on Instagram or email me before purchase so I know what nail needs to be replaced.

I like this nail set but I was wondering if I can change some things?

♡ Yes! Please consult with me first via Instagram message or email. Any drastic changes may result in price adjustments.

My package is lost/delayed?

♡ Once a package is shipped it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that may be interfering with delivery on the buyer's end (wrong address, missing apt #, unsuccessful deliveries due to date codes, return to sender due to ____, etc.)

♡ Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons and holidays. If your package is lost due to USPS issues, please message me and I will do my best to assist.
