Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are made to order and require 7-14 days to be handmade before shipment. Please account for processing time in addition to shipping time when placing your order.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (US): 7-14 days
- International: 7-21 days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather issues or other factors outside my control.
Shipping Carriers I ship via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact me at exstasianails@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed upon delivery.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact me immediately at exstasianails@gmail.com
