1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers, visitors, and users of this website. I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products All nail sets are made to order and handmade. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to screen calibration and the handmade nature of my sets. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Custom Orders & Sizing Custom nail sets are created based on the measurements and specifications you provide. It is your responsibility to submit accurate nail measurements. I am not responsible for ill-fitting sets resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Once your order has shipped, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please refer to my full [Refund Policy] for details.

6. Shipping I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please refer to my full [Shipping Policy] for details.
